# Business Rentals

You are free to add your own personal touches to your business rental.

When adding your own personal touches, please follow these guidelines:

1. No strobe or flashing lights.
2. No sound makers

If Management has an idea or upgrade opportunity, the Renter reserves the right to have the final say on changes (unless it's an emergency situation or something breaks) until the end of their tenancy.

The Renter is allowed to host events at their establishment but are responsible for their own posters.

Management can post the event times/posters in the Discord and on our event calendar.
