    You need to open a Support ticket on our Discord Server. If you are unable to open a ticket, please reach out to a member of Staff in-world.

        10% discount available after 2 weeks of active role-play.

      <Tab title="Emergency Services & Education">
        15% discount available after 2 weeks of active role-play.

        <Info>This also applies to Teachers, CPS, & Hearth Staff.</Info>

      <Tab title="Department Heads">
        20% discount available after 2 weeks of active role-play.

        <Info>This Currently only applies to Fire, Medical, Sheriff, and Education Department Heads.</Info>

    You must be active within the community a min of 3 days a week or the discount is subject to removal.

  <Accordion title="How Long Does It Take to Get Approved?">
    Once you have submitted your ticket, please allow up to 48 hours for a response. We will review your Roleplay activity and notify you of the decision.
