# Plot Changes

* House Swapping

  * Switching out one building for another -- The Owner
    Jenniferlimana will need to approve the building. It must fit
    the aesthetics of the region.

  * The Renter will be required to pay a min of 3 weeks on their
    rental or have 5+ weeks' time remaining on the rental.

  * Usage of your own provided house must be approved by management.

    * Do not rent with the intent of using your own house.

  * We will not allow 2 of the same houses on an individual region
    or to sit side by side in the event the property is against a
    region border. This is up to the discretion of management.

  * House swapping is limited to once every two months or at the
    discretion of the rental team.
