# Prefurnished Rentals

> Documentation for clearing Prefurnished Rentals.

The Below are the guidelines for clearing prefurnished rentals

    The renter will be required to pay a min of 2 weeks on their
    rental or have 4 weeks' time remaining on their rental in
    order to clear a pre-decorated location.

    You are renting the business from decoration/furniture to
    the building. This will not be replaced but you are welcome
    to add your own personal touches.
