# Rental Swaps

> Documentation for Rental Swaps.

  Only the Renter, not subtenants, can request a transfer
</Warning>

Rental Swaps will only occur on **ALL** of the following conditions:

* A Minimum of 1 Week must be paid on the NEW rental before the transfer will be processed.
* Open a support ticket in our Discord or ask for a member of the rental team in the OOC group.
